It’s down to the last 2 games and the 12th edition of IPL will be over. Mumbai Indians await the winner of the second Qualifier. CSK and DC will battle it out to make it to the final. The Men in Yellow lost the first Qualifier to MI in a rather one-sided clash. DC got the better of Sunrisers Hyderabad in a close encounter to move ahead.
Both teams had finished the league stage with 18 points but by virtue of a better net run-rate, CSK secured a place in the top 2. It’s fitting that these 2 teams get a chance to qualify for the final. DC has had a superb tournament so far but when it comes to the crucial games, CSK is an extremely difficult team to beat.
